Getting Worse Not Better From: welcometothehood Date posted: 9/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here since they opened. There is trash on the grounds, and the dumpsters overflow regularly. When I moved in I was given a list of the rules. I guess those rules don't apply anymore. I have seen large dogs way over 30 lbs and they walk them everyday. Now they let anyone live here, this place has become the hood. I have 11 people living over me right now, and the apartment managers don't care. They say that they will do something, but they don't. We have had break-ins, stolen cars, cars broken into and shootings. So if you want to live in the hood, and pay $1000 to $1500 a month to do so, this is your place. It is a shame, they are nice apartments, problem is they do not keep things clean, landscaping is nice, but there is trash in the bushes, on the grass in the gutters. The apartments are nice, but the nieghbors are noisy and most of the people that were here when I got here are gone. When my lease is up I am out of here.
