Run...it's TERRIBLE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   It's Christmas Eve at 3:51 a.m. Somehow, I don't think Santa would want to come to this neighborhood. I was awakened by noisey neighbors and gun fire. We have complained several times to the rental office about the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY nothing has been done to resolve the issue other than empty promises of eviction if they do not stop. The noise is so loud I feel the vibrations from the music. Do not expect a high luxury quality of living for what you pay hence the current 40% rating.
