I lived here for a year, nothing more. Needless to say, it was a year too long. I was at first taken in by the appearence of the property and the location. I figured because the area wasn't heavily populated, that the noise level would be fairly limited. I lived on the second floor in the very back of the complex. First of all, the buildinga are built terrible. The walls must be paper thin, because I would here the -------- next door blasting their damn music! And then the ghetto ass --- girls that lived above me would carry on all hours of the night. I think one of them was a stripper, because everynight (Thurs.-Sun.) around the same time, I would hear her walking in her strippers shoes in and out of the apartment. I knew their whole schedule just by the noise made up above. Management did nothing. I would always complain about it. They told me the tenant gets 3 warnings before they are threatened with a notice to vacate. Those M.F.'ers probably told them nothing. Do not move into these apartments if you love your hard earned money and your peace and quiet. At least don't stay in apartment #1220. You may have to live under a noisy, --- stripper!!!

I'm with ya!! Try living on the second floor with a family of 8 living above you and a bunch of single guys who love to party living below you! It's nonstop in building #2!!! Can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move and have peace and quite! Definitely not worth the heart ache!

If it is so noisey, get a house!!! Do you think our apartment community was built paper thin, but every other apartment community in Houston is Sooo insulated. Don't blame the Villas, get a house. Oh, why do we have fair housing laws to avoid discrimination if people are just going to whin about the residents that live here. How about if the management brings each new applicant by your apartment and you can decide if they are good enough to live here, even if they are approved on the same guildlines that you were.
