This one is very simple...there was not a reminder notice and now they are ganging up on me saying it was. I have lived here for a year and loved it. In my opinion the complex is ok...There are some safety issues that concerned me...especially on rainy night with HPD had a portion of the complex blocked off and I couldnt leave and there was no reason given. Also the mysterious death that is to my knowledge still being investigated. Back to the original issue...I did not receive my reminder that my lease was up AS required in the contract. So when I went in to talk about it...I was immeadiately hit with disrespect. First I was told in so many words that I was lying...so then talking to the property manager...my intelligence and comprehension was questioned and in the same breath I was told dont question my 20 years of experience. When u call the corporate office its the same thing. Its an okay apartment not worth the rent I pay and definitly not worth the hassels of the staff. JUST PLAIN RUDE. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
