They are almost ok

I have lived here for almost a month and got 11 more months to go. I would say that these are almost ok. When we first moved in I was PISSED only because the guy who cleaned our apartment did a poor job. When someone moves in, you have to clean up eveerything to make it look nice for the tenants first day/night you idiot! We had carpet scraps everywhere and our porch was a mess.. there was even a dead baby bird in our storage area! DISGUSTING! Then since the carpet was wet, we let it air out by opening the windows, and in our bedroom that seemed to not work. Our bedroom smelled like crawfish.. I love crawfish but having your room smell like that is disgusting! It's alright not but the fact of the matter is the cleaning people suck. Oh yeah and you know how they are suppose to put NEW CARPET into the apartments that are having new tenants' Well, that didn't happen. Yes they changed the carpet from a tan to the grey colored, but the "new" carpet wasn't even new. It had stains all on it like they took it from one apartment put it in mine and then just tried to shampoo it. Last thing, when the tenant before you has put holes in like a door or something, they just cover it up instead of changing the whole door itself. It's tacky looking. But overall i wouldn't recommend living here just by the upkeep of putting in new tenants and how they re-do apartments for the newbies coming in, but then I would only beacause it has adequate parking and the tenants around are pretty nice as well. I have a friendly neighbors and the complex isn't as noisy like i thought it would be when i first came into them.
