We are very excited and proud to announce that Vineyard Trace Apartments has undergone a change in ownership effective December 20th, 2007. The new owner is Vineyard Trace Apartments, LLC.

HM Equity Management, LLC, has been contracted to oversee daily operations and supervision of the property.

It is the philosophy of HM Equity Management, LLC to strive for high resident satisfaction, to provide the best environment that we can for our residents, to respond quickly to your requests, and to offer the highest personalized service in the industry. As such, we value the opinions of our residents and encourage regular feedback and commentary on how to better serve you.

In the coming weeks/months we will begin a major renovation to enhance and improve the property. Some of the improvements will include:

Purpose built maintenance shop to better serve the needs of the community.
New roofs 100% of the buildings
Repair roof drainage issues
New HVAC s (on aging units)
New Boilers (Hot Water)
Pool upgrades
New playground with picnic and BBQ area
Laundry room upgrades
Water/leak identification and remediation program
New exterior paint, woodwork where necessary.
Renovated leasing office, upgrades including a resident business center (for use by appointment only)
Parking lot repairs
Improved exterior lighting
Improved perimeter fence and upgraded electric gates

Obviously an upgrade program, as large as the one we have planned, will mean some disruption to normal daily life at Vineyard Trace Apartments however, it is our first priority to minimize the impact to our residents whilst making sure we maximize the benefits for you all.

We believe that the improvements we have listed, along with several smaller renovations, will make Vineyard Trace Apartments the premier location for apartment living in this community.
