I moved in during the middle of March and this place rocks.

I just love my apartment and the wood floors it has. The office staff is very helpful and I have not had any issues since I moved in. I did tell them that I needed a new AC filter for the vent b/c it was dirty and they came later that same day.

Before moving here, I lived at a place that wouldn't fix anything no matter how many times I asked them to do it, but still expected my rent to be due on time. How do you like that' I couldn't wait to move out and look for somewhere else to live. Vineyard Trace is definitely an improvement on where I use to live.

When I moved in at Vineyard Trace, the two owners who are always there, told me and my husband that they had spent like $1 Million dollars since December to fix the property. I didn't believe it but I have been here 6 weeks now and it is obvious they weren't lying. My kids love the new playground that they put in just after we moved in and I love the security guard they have walking the property all night. It makes me feel good to see him when I come home b/c I know that there won't be a problem during the night. I have also made friends with some of my neighbors and they seem pkay.

I told a friend from work about this place last month and he says he came for a tour and liked it too. I can't wait for him to move in so I can get my $300 referral credit.

Overall, this is a nice place to live.

What a bogus review sounds like the manager or owner wrote this. lol do you think people are that stupid!!
