I lived in these apartments for almost 4 years. The first apartment we lived in always had some sort of water damage in one of our restrooms. No matter how many times maintenance came to "patch up" the water leak a month later it would leak again. We then moved to another apartment in a different area of the complex, it became a living HELL. Because they did not want to lock the vacant apartment above us, some crack head went in and flooded the restroom upstairs. As a result our restroom became flooded, and the whole leaky restroom problem came up again. Then we were broken into. When we got home and called the "24 maintenance on site" NO ONE came to cover our broken window until the next day. Six weeks later our apartment was broken into again. Again, we called maintenance and again NO ONE came to cover our broken window. When we went to talk to the manager, she acted like she could've cared less.
