I am hiring an attorney to get my refund back now. I never signed an official lease and I want all monies returned. The management will not return telephone calls and the answering service cannot get in touch with anyone in the main office for ANYTHING!!!!!!. This complex has to be one of the worse in Houston, TX. They appear to be nice - don't be FOOLED!!!! In my opinon, the new owners really need to hire an entire NEW STAFF!!! If you think I am joking go by there just about any evening and for God's sake don't go on the weekend (only at your own risk).

I am sorry for the problems you experienced. Vineyard Trace Apartments was without power for the entire week after the storm. This also included our phone lines. I believe you have moved in already. If this is not the case, please contact the property manager ASAP tomorrow.

I BEEN LIVING HERE AT VINEYARD TRACE FOR 4 MONTHS AND IT IS A LIVING HELL IN THE BEGIN EVERYTHING WAS FINE THE OFFICES GIRLS WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING. THEN THINGS STARTED TO CHANGE MY WORK ORDERS WERE NOT GETTING DONE THE GIRLS IN TH OFFICE ARE VERY MEAN AND LOUD SPOKEN I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH THE STORM THINGS CAN GET UNDERCONTROL BUT I BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS TO GET THIS. THE BAD PART ABOUT THIS IS THAT I SIGNED A LEASE FOR 12 MONTH BUT FOR WHAT TO LIVE IN THIS DUMP I REMEMBER WHEN THEY GAVE ME MY TOUR THE GIRL WAS VERY NICE AND SWEET AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ABOUT MY APARTMENT AND ABOUT THE PROPERTY IN THE BEGIN WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN IT WAS LIKE SHE TOLD ME BUT THEN IT CHANGED. SO WHEN I STARTED SEEN THIS I WENT TO OFFICE TO TALK TO THAT SAME GIRL AND THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD QUIT. MY FIRST ANSWER WAS I WONDER WHY? BUT KNOW I KNOW WITH ALL THIS MESS GOING ON WHO WOULDN'T LEAVE. BUT ANYWAYS I AM PLANNING TO BRAKE MY LEASE SOMETIME THIS MONTH BECAUSE THIS IS HELL FOR ME.
