I have read most of the opinions of other residents. I have lived here 4 months and i like it. I sometimes walk around at night and have been questioned by a police officer. At first i was kinda offended until he explained that he was just doing his job and is trying to help keep vineyard trace safe for residents like me. So far the management has met my needs for work orders that i have put in. I would recommend this place for new residents to come and live. (well nice residents).
