This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. It was not cleaned when i first moved in. Their are all kind of bugs from ---- roaches to spiders and even som bugs that i have not ever seen before. The water is brown occasionally, i think its the sewer backing up which one of the residents told me always happens.I have lived here for a little less than a month and im ready to move now. They also have not fixed anything that i have complained about since i been here. I will break my lease if i have to.

I never did move in because of Hurricane Ike and I paid my first months rent and deposits. I really would like to have my money returned. I had to move out of a house that was being leased. The new tenants wanted to move in (on their agreed upon date) and I had to pay them 200.00 per day that I was still in the house. I had to find somewhere else to move to and of course I did. All I want from Vineyard Trace is the monies that are due back to me.
