alot of money for a little space and alot of crime! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The rent here is pretty high for the small space I have. I don't have any closet space and my door doesn't seem to be secure at all. I have been waiting for a light fixture for almost a year and my carpet was supposed to be shampooed months ago. I'm hardly at home but when I come in from work it's hard to find a parking spot that i feel safe walking from. I think I should be compensated for some of the things i've put up with in the last year and i would not suggest these apartments to anyone. the crime is awful, i can't explain what i seen because it still makes me a nervous wreck but let me just say it was awful. I seriously don't think I would sign another lease unless I check the property very well and talk to a few people about the apartment. I heard about the robberies and break-ins but I thought it was something from the past but now I see it's a everyday thing but I not sure how people keep it under wraps and a big secret. Other than the size of the apartment and the space between my door and the lock I really can't complain about the apartment because I agreed to move here but the parking and the crime makes this property a big mistake.
