For the ones that have posted bad reviews on this property, you must not know what you are talking about or just talking out of your a$$.
I have been living there for 5 months and I couldn't say nothing but good things.
I've been working out almost every day in the fitness center and the TV's have always worked so I'm not sure if your talking about another complex.
I know the only time I've had a problem with using the theatre room was after hours, which I can understand, because no one is there but I've been able to go in on a saturday afternoon and use it with no problems.
So to those that read all these reviews don't pay attention to those people that really only talk out of their a$$.
I haven't had any problems with the office staff.
Well, I really haven't had to go in and complain about any maintenance issues because I'm a very clean person so I make sure that nothing needs to be done to my apartment.
But the times I have talked with the staff they have always been nice.
What can possibly be needed to be done to almost brand new apts' If it is so true, why do people post from anonymous.
I wouldn't be ashamed of saying who I was if I was really having so many problems.
The only problem I do see which is really no one's fault is the parking but I don't mind walking.

Thats because you have witnesses new management if you have lived here 2 years like have you have gotten a tastes of 3 different types of management good, bad, and now good. So before you come in here talking about we're talking out of our a$$ make sure you know you facts. The old management didnt care about anyone living in here or there problems whether it was maintence or people coming in through the exit alomst cause a head on crash.

Pool sux, cig butts everywhere, grass has mud holes and ants everywhere, parking sux, no guard at gate...would you like me to keep going? And that isn't even starting in on the idiots that work in the office. You must be one of these Obama-ites that doesn't do any research on anything. You just take info and believe it as fact if your told it. Is this the first apartment you've ever lived in?? You don't have anything else to compare it too?? Your the only "person" singing their praises? You sure it's not YOU that is an a$$?

I must say, your review of Vintage Park doesn't coincide with anything I've ever heard. I am wondering if perhaps you work in the office? Have you forgotten that the friggin gates don't work and they leave them open all night because it takes a week to get fixed? Where is the safety there? I have lived there 5 months and there have been at the VERY least 3 different staff changes. The little "love" notes they send out are rude. I sent an extremely long email noting my concerns to the very new manager (she asked me to do this) almost two weeks ago and I've YET to receive a response. It took 4 times to get them to fix my ice maker, they have put notes on my door threatening to shut off my water yet when I've asked for a bill, I've yet to receive one. The list goes on and on. The fact you would write such an ignorant post saying people are talking out of their a** shows the level (or lackthereof) of your intelligence.

Well,let me tell you psychologist..i have nothing to do with vintage park other than I live here and love it. You might want to find another career. To those that look at the little s88t like cig. butts and holes on the grass really don't have s88t to do. I guess I'm one of those that pay $1400 for my rent and go about my buisness. Okay, so what if the gate didn't work for 2 days (and I mean 2 days, not a week) bcuz I witnessed it. I really don't think someone is coming in here to kill us. To all the ones that cry about little ---- then why are you still here? If I wasn't happy, I don't care how much it would cost me, I would move immediately. To the one that posted that the pool sux, I bet your the first person out there enjoying it. I like it here and if it wasn't because my house is almost about to be finished getting built I would have rented here from the first place and not stayed at those other apts that I paid 1100 and didn't have any ammenities like vintage park. Keep doing what your doing vintage park is all I have to say.

great..you management folks manage to write wonderful stories......this place sucks..!!! I have been trying to go to gym and pool from past few days and we have no access since keys don't work..and all the time gates are open. To melissa...if you don'tr care about the gates..I guess you should be one of those persons...keep yours doors open all the time!!! Can imagine what kind of people live here!!!
