Well what can I say. If you read the previous post, it shows how many idiots work in the Vizcaya lounge. Lea having her daughter defend her on a public forum is pretty sad. Lea is the manager of Vizcaya and does have a pretty good heart.

While I can not say I have seen her doing sexual deeds by the pool, my guess there are a few guys with fantasies living in Vizcaya. Lea is a good looking woman. I think these young boys love her assests and wish she would perform for them. I know of one younger guy who use to live here. He claimed Lea was drunk in the hot tub and she became topless. That is all here say. If she did, who is it hurting anyway' Are you --- or are you some woman with a insecure lifestyle'

On to more important things. The property has a towing company now. Thank God! They are towing cars but there are still areas where fire curbs need to be painted. I'm sure they will paint other areas soon. We still have to many people parking cars in this complex who do not live here. I think Lea is aware of this and I have heard her say she has plans to take care of this. The sooner the better.

Next, we need to be more active with tenants having screaming matches in the middle of the parking lots. Call HPD and demand action. If you call the office you will only get a response of we are trying to reach the courtsey officer. I think this is a mistake for Vizcaya. If the officers who lived here answered these calls things would slow down a lot!

Next, the pool area needs to be locked after 10 or 11 pm. Kids are loud as hell at 2:00 am. Drinking, yelling and fighting.
I have seen the police come out several times for this activity.

Vizcaya finally fixed the gates at the front of the property, Yes they LOCK! Now CLOSE the gate IDIOTS! The idea is to help slow down the crime and keep thugs from wanting to play in our yard!

I was talking to a police officer about 2 weeks ago. He says our apartment has the best rating when it comes to crimes this summer. I think this has to do with the tenants being active. I know we have several large guys walking the property at all hours, some walk their dogs and I think others are just out for walks, I love it. I hope they keep it up!

Trash can be an ugly subject. People lets try to throw it in the dumpster! Don't leave it on the curb or by the dumpster. Also if you catch people dumping couches or large junky furniture by the dumpsters make a note of who they are, plate #'s and etc. Give it to Lea. I know our grounds crew and maintence men have better and more important things to do. I do think we need the dumpsters arranged better also. As I drive around the complex I notice a void in areas..

Last but not least. Dog crap is building up again on this property... Come on people, we all love the animals but we need to have a little disease control....

The ratings have improved some and i'm hoping we are going to keep rising...

Dear Tenantofreality, You have obviosly read some of the ridiculous slander written on this web site, judging by your review. So why would you think that I would read it, and not want to defend the most important person in my life!? My mother! Wouldn't you have something to say if you read some of these reviews, and were about YOUR mother!? I anticipate you would reply to them just as I have!! And if you were to identify who the person was, I guarantee you would kick their --- too! Why is that unprofessional of ME to defend my mother!? I don't work here, and I'm just as much of a tenant as you are! I'm allowed to have an opinion as well! My mother did not ask nor need me to defend her on this ludicrous public forum, but I took it upon myself as you SHOULD expect! What is so hilarious to me, is the fact that my mother has only been in the hot tub twice in the eighteen months that we have lived here! Each of those times have been with my father and I! I'm pretty confident her top was on. I do appreciate you taking up for my mother in certain areas, but you should not slander something that you only view as "here say"!! It's a little unprofessional of you..
