We HATE this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This place has totally gone down the toilet now that a new company has bought it out. There is NO managment in the front office except for two half days a week and she is a freaking idiot. Kathy Gonzalez is by far the worst manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not to mention she is completely ugly and rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This used to be a great place but now the new owners do not give a crap about residents. The company deals with comercial properties and they should stick to that because they don't know ---- about how to run residential properties.
