Wallingford Apartments

No matter where you live, you're going to have problems if you don't own it yourself. I can only personally say that when I have a problem that needs to be fixed, they get right to it. Staff has come within an hr sometimes to repair things for me. I guess they didn't note things were done and the manager sent me a personal letter asking me what needed to be finshed. I LOVE and ADORE Ms. Bea in the office. She's such a delight and very helpful. She goes out of her way to assist me and always greats me with a smile, she even hugs me at times. Keep in mind I am a 26 yr old female who lives alone, probably not taken too serious because I look about 20, but not once has anyone ever made me feel I was being disrespected. The deposit system is the best too! They are doing repairs to the structure right now, so people can't expect a whole lot right now. A lot of painting going on, but they give enough notice when they are going to do things. As far as a pest problem, I had a problem when I first moved in, but then again, this is Houston - who doesn't have a pest problem' - Cathryn
