THE REAL DEAL ABOUT STAYING AT THIS LOCATION!

MY NAME IS VICTORIA AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT WALNUT BEND APARTMENTS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION. THE ONLY THING I HAVE EVER HAD WRONG WAS TWICE BEFORE, ME AND MY BOYFRIEND HAD VERY LITTLE PROBLEMS WITH THE HOT WATER. WE COULDN'T TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE WE HAD NO "HOT" WATER. IT WASN'T REALLY A PROBLEM BECAUSE I DIDNT MIND TAKING A BATH IN COLD WATER. WHO CARES AS LONG AS YOUR CLEAN, RIGHT' LOL ANYWAYS, I HAD CALLED THE FRONT OFFICE TO TELL THEM THAT WE HAD PROBLEMS AND THEY WERE NOT KNOWING WHY. THE REASON BEING IS BECAUSE THEY WERE REBUILDING A CERTAIN PART OF THE COMPLEX BECAUSE IT HAD BURNED DOWN ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO. THEY ENDED UP DIGGING AND SO HAPPEN BUSTED ONE OF THE PIPES DOWN BELOW. IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS, WE WERE SORT OF PISSED, BUT WE EVENTUALLY GOT OVER IT. ANOTHER STORY THAT HAPPENDED, ONE DAY I WAS RINSING OFF THE DISHES TO PUT THEM IN THE DISH WASHER AND IT DIDNT WORK. HE CALLED THE OPERATOR SYSTEMS TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND THEY HAD NEVER CAME. IT'S BEEN ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW. OVER ALL IT'S OK. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE AND THE PARKING IS EXCELLENT DEPENDING ON WHAT SIDE YOU STAY ON. ALSO, IT'S NOT GHETTO AND THERE ISN'T ALOT OF BAY BAY'S RUNNING AROUND. YOU CAN ALSO, BANG YOUR MUSIC AS LOUD AS YOU WANT WITH NO PROBLEMS OR STEALING. TRUST ME, NOBODY WANT NONE.

Come on anonymous.So people have different issues in there lives. You act like you live in a high class area or bought a house. If that was true you wouldn't be looking at APARTMENT RATINGS.COM

Loud Music, no hot water, they dont fix the problems on time, sounds pretty ghetto to me, maybe you recommend this place because you used to live in a wroths place that this one.

Victoria - i lived here for over 2 years and if i heard your car banging or your home i will so report you! My neighbors would report you! These apartments are quiet.
