I have been living here for a year and a half now and i couldn't be more unhappy. To be fair i will tell you the good points. Melissa in the office is wonderful and will help you as much as she can. The pools are nice, and it is not very noisy during the week. Unfortunately the BAD definitely outweighs the good the mantenence is very slow my disposal was backing up ang producing a horrible smell i called maintenance, five months later the problem still remained. A friend fixed it for me. The siwalks in front of my apartment flood the water reaches mid shin any time there is significant rain fall. There are cracks in my walls and ceiling, and i now have my 6th leak It is very frustrating. My car has been broken into a total of 4 time (twice) in one month. the gates are always broken and or open and there are always people outside
