We moved in a couple months ago and we love it here. We're towards the back, it's very quiet and clean. Our neighboors are great. We saw 2 roaches, called the office and someone came out in 2 hours. TWO HOURS!
Our light bill is LOW. We have the air on almost 24/7, $60.
There are a few problems,
Our mailbox keys didn't work, had to get 3 before they opened the box.
The parking lot is riddled with pot holes. When it's rain it's hard to avoid them.
Nowhere is perfect and it's really nothing it move out over.
We love it here, the rent is low and it's so peaceful.

yeah okay whaetever you say......bunch of lies from the pit of hell and YOU know it. 2 roaches my ASS!!!!! ( 2 Roaches per 30 minutes is more like it).

I don't know about your apartment, but I clean twice a week and it's vermint free. If you have roaches, though, just call the office, they'll send the guy out!
