Don't Come Here Unless You Want to be Unhappy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived here for almost 1 year and it is disgusting. I am stuck here because of a lease signed by mistake. Staff are Rude to say the least. All services are monopolized and the maintenance is not good. Will be moving out at the next possible opportunity. They put Reserved signs on parking slots at crowded places to force people to pay for them. I pay $35 for parking every month and almost everyday some Hispanic guys park in my place. I am afraid to call the tow truck because one of my cars is already damaged by someone because of the same reason. Door sealing is improper and it's like living on the road.
