this property sucks!! my room mate and i have only been here 2 months and my 2006 dodge durango was stolen 8-12-2007 and his car was broken into 8-14-2007. we complained to the office about the safety issues going on, and they have been NO HELP! we no longer want to live here and feel that the complex not providing us with a safe environment is suffient reason to break the lease without any penalty to us. however the STAFF/ASSOSIATION/CIRCUS feel that the tenants safety is not an important issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

I agree safety is an issue at this complex, but there isn't an apartment complex out there that will accept responsibility for security. Its too much of a liability and they would have to admit responsibility. It will cost you an office fee but an attorney can get your lease dissolved if you have your police reports and documentation stating a safety issue. Crime is everywhere though, unless a complex has a 24 hour guarded entry with one way in, one way out, there isn't any way to curb the crime. We have a guard shack, I wish Michael Stevens(owner) would let go of some of that money he makes off of us and put a guard in it! Notice you never see him out here touring the property and speaking to residents about their concerns. Apartment staff is always a reflection of the owners views and values and I think all of us living here get the picture of how he views his tenants!
