This complex is falling apart, when you are looking for a new apartment the girls at the leasing office are nice but when you moved and have problems don't expect the same, be ready to wait severa days for someone to fix basic maintnance problems and the office staff won't be even polite when asked to fix the problem, please management do something about this girl DELIA, she's keeping more tenants away on this complex, she needs to learn some manners when do customer service.
If you are looking for a new apartment keep looking unless you don't have another option, the apartment will look fine at begining but wait for a couple of months and you'll discover what they're hiding behing layers and layers of paint, I don't blame the maintnance staff probably they're just doing wha they can with so little budget.

Walnut Terrace: I think that they are doing their best in the office. I have seen lots of residents being unreasonable. On occation when I have been present in the office residents have argued with the staff about their contract, or manit. or parking.. issues when residents are delinquent or in violation of their contract. I think that if people.. would consider one another people would not feel any negative feelings towards anyone.
