Apartment Living In Style From: renter2201 Date posted: 2/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Water Song Apts. and the Mgmt. staff are the best. You couldn't ask for the most attentive staff and they get the job done within 24 hrs. Donna, the Manager, is the type who is Resident Friendly. She is so concerned with what the resident's want and need. I reported a security light out on the property and that evening it was back on. The property has seen Managers come and go. As does every property in Houston. But Donna and her staff is a keeper. I'll live here as long as she is Manager. My hat's off to Cres Midwest Mgmt. for having such a Manager on there property.
