Listen to the majority From: TheFunnyManCan Date posted: 10/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Obviously not everyone can be pleased. Usually those are the ones that either do not follow rules or pay their rent late and get mad because they have to pay the consequences. I like living at a place where I know management is going to enforce policies because it gets rid of the riff raff. If you pay your rent on time and know how to be a good neighbor then you would like it here. I have lived here a couple of years and I don't have to deal with noisy partying people. Alot of the people that live here have been here a long time and most of them are very friendly and do what they can to make this a clean, nice place. Read the majority of the reviews and do not let a couple of negative ones get in the way. Obviously, the majority rules.
