The grounds are very well maintained. The maintenance seems average with the very old appliances to be considered. The neighbors are very nice. The office personnel are friendly, but not well trained in my opinion. Obviously, the management company doesnât have a Systems and Procedural manual for the office staff to follow or they ignore it. On the day we moved in I went to the office, picked up my key, started to move in and the apartment was not ready, it was filthy, had roaches, and lighting disconnected. The manager had only one other apartment available, so we moved in it. Problems caused my bad management procedures were: electricity had to be transferred, cable had to be transferred, address change with every credit card, address change with the post office, numerous service transfer fees, and not to mention our time on to correct the address with everyone! The original apartment we were supposed to move in to had a new A/C the one they moved us in to has an A/C over 10yrs old that doesnât work well, which caused an almost $400. electric bill for the first month. We have spoken to the office many times concerning this problem with no resolution. Our options are to move pay a release fee of around $800. plus have additional moving expenses or stay here & pay high electric bills. Our stove hasnât worked since we moved in over 3 months ago. Only 2 burners work and the oven doesnât cook even. The maintenance man repaired one of the burners, but he had to order parts and 2 are still not working. The stove and dishwasher appear to be over 10 years old. Also, we paid rent on time one month and got a Lock out Notice put on our door 4 days after we gave the payment to one of the leasing agents. When we went in the office the next morning the person in the office found the check in a file and that is the reason it was not posted. The office personnel should not be so careless with rental payments. Unfortunately, for these reasons I can not recommend living here unless the management improves.

I have lived here for about 3 years and the I think the management is great. There are always willing to help me out. And the property is always clean.
