i change my mind these people are freaking crazy how can you not send me a water bill since i moved in october 07then start billing me in march of 08 for gas and water when i was told i did not have to pay gas

wow so you are defending yourself from racist stereotypes by calling people OTHER RACIAL STEREOTYPES? Nice way to be a hypocrite. If you were not an ignorant fool typing on a keyboard you would wake up to the fact that Crime in this city WENT UP IN EVERY CATERGORY because of the bad people from Katrina not the ones that are just striving for a better life. Oh and one more thing, if you take the time to visit the real world and look at some statistics you'll see just as many if not barely fewer WHITE people died in that hurricane. And to hell with Rita right? Since that was just poor east texas folks who cares? That doesn't make national news. nOBODY'S IS SUBSIDIZING their housing This complex was going downhill because anyone could rent but management has turned the place around it seems. What further examples? Why don't you ask why the "Bentworth" down the street form you. They let so many(not just katrina) crappy people rent there they had the place condemned and had to renovate inside and out.

The Bentworth was crappy a long time before Katrina happened.I use to live there when it was called Briarforest Place .

well if you read the ratings they got apparently it is going to end up the same as the bentworth the abbey that is, so lets see how well they take care of it. I know for a fact that even though they say they check everything, there are a couple of drug dealers living there
