I've been living here for about 5years now so far this has what takend about or changed
2004 - very nice neighborhood GOOD MANAGEMENT TEAM
BAD DRAINAGE PROBLEM messed up gates
2005 - still nice neighborhood
bad problem in the mailroom and w/people pets living there business in grass
outsiders disturbing the peace.
2006 - New Managment team 3 months No notice sent out
2007 - New Management team 3 months No notice sent out
2007 - New Management team 3 months No notice sent out BUSINESS CENTER WAS CLOSED FOR ABOUT 6MONTHS AND EXERCISE ROOM WAS CLOSED FOR ABOUT A MONTH TO BE REPAINTED!
2007 - Apartments resold to a different compANY new management
DURING THIS WHOLE TIME I only saw about one notice to tell us that the property has been sold to another company
2008- NEW MANAGMENT TEAM
Now they started doing some work repave the whole parking lots renovated the GATES! AND REPAINTED!
No water bill notice was sent out due to having a new System' (What does that suppose to mean)
and Yesterday to top it off 3/12/2008 They waited until about 5:30pm to start posting notices on renter doors about us having to pay GAS OMG! THIS IS NOT A HOUSE NOR IS IT THAT APPEALING TO PAY GAS!!!!! (Office closes @ 5:30pm and I'm appalled they would wait that late to send this notice out.
I DO NOT IN ANY WAY, FORM OR FASHION RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF LIVING!

Dear anonymous, you have told nothing but the truth. People, if you are looking for a place to live, do not move in here.I moved here with my fiance three years ago, they had given us an apartment that they claimed was vacant for six months. Whatever!!!! The place had rats and they did a bad job getting rid of them before we moved in. Then there were squirrels running around in the roof area... kept my family up all hours of the night. We became late on our rent by three weeks, they took our valuables and gave us an eviction notice. WTF!! Anywho, we moved out since they took our tvs, computer and dvds. Now, if you take these items as a lien for the money you owe for rent, how is it you still have to pay them after moving out. Such BS!! They will never get their money from us. NEVER. When I was there the Business center only had one computer working and you couldn't save anything, cause the A:drive was broken. If anyone wanted to get into the so-called activity room, all they had to do was wait for someone to open the door as you were leaving the building. What security, where? By the way, my family doesn't live too far from there. We moved to Camden Park on Woodland Park and they are so much better. So, I know what you mean by new, so-called gates, etc. But why do you all have to pay for gas? That is really absurd. Get on their A**--new management, old management..still the same to me. They are doing what the last team has done and worse. I don't like this complex and any other complex that try to take advantage of the renter. But, they are on my list as the worse! Please people, listen to us and look elsewhere to rent an apartment. We are not disgruntled renters who are writing these comments, but people who speak the truth about what we have been through at Water Song Apartments.
