Have lived here for about 3 weeks and can say only that managment, office staff and maintance staff have been extremely polite, communicative and responsive! Trash bin is operating just fine.

No complaints from me!

uh, oh. well the blush is off the rose. Trash piles up at the bin and on balconies throughout the complex. Illegal parking is rampant. Hopefully an emergency vehicle will never be called to the comples, because it may not be able to get through to an emergency because of the illegal parking. If you need handicap parking, good luck. Most handicap spaces are occupied by non-handicap residents.
