One dumpster for entire (Big) complex. Apts located in b/w two busy roads. (Beltway 8 West Rd.) That plus cheap build = big noise. Danger crossing west rd. Only thing nice is that the place is new. What a waste of space. Use to be a forest where this unit sits and they didnt leave ONE SINGLE TREE. I predict this unit to be low income housing in a few years due to location and cheap build. Place is over-priced.

Do you live in the apartments? I think they'll hold up because the area around them is solid, and they wouldn't tolerate low income. It's all about the area, not the individual complex. I've seen luxury apartments go down the drain because the area tanked. The Jersey Village/West Rd area is very strong with homeownership and community activism, so I'm sure they'd do something if the complex even slightly showed signs of becoming a slum because it directly affects them. A poorly built complex that looks badly in need of repair can hold up if the area is good.
