In my opinion no apartment complex or neighborhood for that matter is ever going to be completely perfect. It's a personal preference of what you can and cannot live with or without. Overall this complex has been to date the best I have experienced in the last six years for me. I moved in when there were only 3 buildings released from construction. Every day I came home to more new and exciting things as I watched this complex come to completion. The neighbors moving in seemed to take pride in their surroundings. The management and staff has had a few growing pains but NOTHING in comparison to other management companies I have dealt with. They have staff members that actually live on property here and I believe that makes a difference. Yes we have had crime on property. Who hasn't' Hello its everywhere. However there are several measures in place to minimize it. Ultimately I believe we have to be our own security but it makes me feel better knowing there is the presence of uniformed officers as a deterant here. Parking can be an issue, but parking is an issue at most apartment complexes. That's not managements fault. 1. It's the builders fault for not planning better and 2. It's the residents fault for not doing the math when they initially looked and leased the property or unit they chose. I do feel however each unit should come with one assigned space at no extra charge. I am please to say the gates have remained functional 99.9% of the time since installation. And when broke they were closed not open. Most of the residents I have seen and met are family oriented not wild out of control party people. That is a good thing! I have been a resident here for 12 months now and I plan on staying as long as things are maintained. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I think everybody in the office is nice and very helpful, everytime me or my husband needs something fixed they send someone right away and everytime me or my husband calls the office for a question they answere it right away. I would recommend my family and friends to live here. Very nice neighborhood, nice staff members, nice maintenance

The last six years? The place was only built like 9 months ago. I've lived on West Rd for 10 years, so I should know.

Mrshortcut read the review again...I stated I have been a resident here for 12 months now. My statement about the last six years was comparing other complexes prior to moving here.....The Watermarke opened in September 2005.
