NO PARKING = HIKE TO YOUR APARTMENT

Appearances deceive!!! Yes, they look nice when you go on the tour of the model apartment. But actually living here is not as rosey. The parking is terrible!! Good luck trying to find a spot if you get home past 6pm. At first, I would deal with the lack of parking spaces by parking along the side of the driveway curbs. This past week they successfully covered up all the curb space with "no parking fire lane" paint. I've ignored this paint and have parked there anyway, along with several other cars, because that's all you can do to avoid parking on the other side of the complex!!! Then this week they put flyers on everyone's doors to announce that they will be enforcing the towing policy as of Sept. 26th. Great!! SO, then I called the front office and finally decide to give in and pay the $40 for the covered parking. They inform me that they only have one garage left ($100-150) at the end of October. This infuriated me. The girl I spoke to said there was nothing that could be done to solve the problem, and that I am not the only to have called and complained. Also, the other comments about the lousy trash bin are true. I sincerely regret moving in here. Advice: try the place next door.

i would not try the apartments next door the same thing that you say is happening here is going to happen over there but worse, the people who work in the office are rude and they will tell you the same thing as what your saying they are saying in the office, i should know they are the same people from carrington place and they are under the same managment

Well, maybe you should go to the office at some point in time. Michael is normally always there, if he isnt in the office ask someone in there when he will be back and come back then. Being an apartment manager doesnt mean you sit in the office all day long! I know, been there, done that! And as far as parking goes, get over it, I am sure they are working on something, it takes time, it isnt their fault that parking sucks, they didnt design or build the place. Oh and BTW, if you go to most "new" apartments you will find that they don't have much parking either. As a matter of fact the one I live at now as enought spaces for 2 cars per apartment, absolutely NO GUEST PARKING! So don't whine, I have been to watermarke, my friend lives there and never complains. Now, on to the "trash" issues, as everyone knows this is a NEW property, every "NEW" property has it's problems, from what I understand, yes, they only have one trash container (it is actually a compactor) and I understand it has not been working properly however from what I have been told is the issue has been corrected, if everyone in the world werent such pigs and nasty people it would work properly, if it is anything like ours after the 4th or 5th time the door closes it should compact automatically and that I what I understand they had a problem with the programming, guess what again that is not their fault, and they ARE working on it. Oh yeah, how about since you have so much time on your hands you type a letter to every resident and make sure they have to shut the door after they put their trash into it and open it, not just sit in next to the bin, lets see you can also tell them not to put furniture (couches, beds, ANYTHING) in it or next to it! GET OVER IT! TI REVO TEG!
