Watermarke Apartment Homes

The homes are very nice, however the floorplans are somewhat limiting on how you can lay out your furniture. The office staff is not the nicest compared to other places Ive seen, but this is Houston not some little town, get over it. The parking situation can be bad here, but it really depends on what building you are in. I have absolutely NO parking issues where I live. The facility is very secure as far as I can tell. It is gated with remotes, plus there are live cameras on the gates you can watch on your Time Warner cable, to identify guests coming in for you. The amenities are what drew me to live here. The pool and exercise facilities are top-notch, and are used frequently but there's never been a time Ive had to wait to use equipment. A lot of people have brought up the garbage issue. I will agree that there was no guidance on exactly how we were supposed get rid of it. Noise has not been a problem for me, but I do live on the top floor. The walls are thin enough to hear my neighbors' music booming, but it goes both ways, and I have lived in places with a LOT worse of a noise problem, so let me tell ya its not that bad here. If you get a chance to live here I would definitely recommend it. The small complaints are minimal in weight compared to the positive aspects of watermarke. The best thing about watermarke is the shopping center next door. You can live without driving to Starbucks, Kroger, Mw cleaners, Hollywood Video, Subway, TGF hair salon, Hallmark, Bank of America, and more. Finally I'm not trapped by our need to drive everywhere!
