I have to agree with you. I have lived here since construction of the property. We had a short time with a property manager that was less than competent but like I said she was only here a few months. Overall the maintenance staff has been great. The trash problem comes and goes. There is someone living on the second of third floor above me that continues to place trash bags under the stairs because they are to lazy to take it to the compactor and there are those that refuse to open the compactor door and throw their bags of trash in then close the door behind them. (It compacts automatically every third door closure)I don't know if it is adults doing this or children that adults send out with the trash who are too small to be operating the compactor in the first place....I like the hand sanitizer that has been placed on the wall by the walk thru gate at the compactor. I too feel safe here. I know sometimes there can be a false sense of security. But I like the fact there are SEVERAL Watermarke staff living on property. In my experience that ALWAYS makes for a better place to live. There is also a presence courtesy officers living on property. They not only walk the property but one lives in plain view of the entertainment area. (pool, fitness center, club house)
