I think the entire management should be fired. This is the most irresponsive management I have ever encountered. This apartment is terrible. Security is poor. The so called "gated apartment" is only gated whenever the management feels like the gate should work. The management are fraudsters. They employ several gimmicks to get you to pay one penalty or the other. The drainage system in the bathroom is poor and the management does not respond to complaints. Then again the apartmens are riddled with roaches. I really don't know which contractor handles pests. But, it seems like whatever pesticide they use only attracts more roaches.
