I really loved this apartment when i first moved in! Then new management came and completley messed everything up, they have no clue what they are doin! On Thanksgiving when no one was in the office but for some reason there was landscapers working, and they broke my bedroom window with a shovel. No one was here to tell and then when we let them know the next day they acted like they didnt care... it was 3 weeks before my window was fixed before that all they did was tape it up!! Also they let very trashy people into this complex now so i was very afraid of my apartment being broken into at that time. I had an awesome parking spot in this guest parking that was right by apartment door. But now i have to walk all the way around my apartment building because they said that the crimes got too bad so they locked all the gates around the complex! There is never any parking inside the complex. It has been raining for days now which is bad enough but they didnt turn off the sprinkler system so every morning you wake up the sidewalks are flooded and you have to either walk through mud or 4in of water before work. I really sugest people not to live here it has been the worst apartment experience for me and my husband and between the two of us we have lived in sooo many apartments!!!!! Run Far Away!!!

I TOTALLY agree with you! I moved in a year ago and loved the apartment. Management was so much better and the grounds in my opinion were beautiful! But new management comes in and didn't notify any of the tenants that we were now under new ownership and management. Then when it seemed like the new manager Sandy was working out I find out when making a complaint about something that she no longer works there. The girl in the office Melmba and the so called assistant manager Eliza don't have a clue and don't care about nothing or no one. Eliza live on the prmises and makes if not more noise than the actual tenants. I have complained to the apartment association and nothing has been done. My lease is up in June and I can't wait!!! The new ownwer nad manger have really made a mess of this small apartment community! It used to be a pleasure to come home now it looks like a project! Please anyone considering this place don't do it!!!!!!!

O so you havent noticed dog poop everywhere or never any parking or always new people in the office when you go and pay rent? Also i have had a maintaince man walk in on me topless and that isnt cool! so either you just dont pay attention of you work for the apartments!! Every single tenant i have talked to hates these apartments

WELL I HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE ANY OF THOSE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES THAT YALL SAY HAVE LIVED. I HAVE GOOD NEIGHBORS AND NO PROBLEM WITH NOISE. I REALLY DON'T SEE WERE YOU WOULD GET PROJETS THIS PROPERTY LOOKS REALLY NICE
