Waters at Champions Apartments

Dont Do it!! From: calamityjane Date posted: 12/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The maintenance is horrible. The maintenance guys just fix things to "appear" to be fixed. They usually have to return 2-4 times before it's actually fixed or you give up. Parking is poorly lit and horrible to find a spot near your home. Laundry rooms have machines that don't work but no note is put on non-working machines so you are constantly losing money in them. Neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. Stairs to apartments on 2nd floor slant. Garbage around mailboxes and dumpsters. Shrubs never trimmed around parking lots. Office staffed acts "inconvenienced" to help out. Entrance/exit gates constantly broken so anyone can come in and out as they please. Small children running around unsupervised around pool and volleyball court. Volleyball net used as a large swing for kids. Foundation problems causing cracks in walls/ceilings, floors to creak and doors to get off-track. Also makes electricity bills outrageous! We got out as soon as our lease was up!! Watch out for bills that will "pop-up" that you were never told that you would have to pay.
