Waters at Champions Apartments

please don't think about it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   My family and i have lived here for almost a year and a half. We are currentlyon a month to month and our apt flooded because our neighbors broke the water valve and our whole downstairs was water damaged. yes, the managment gave us a new apt but they as also made us sign a year lease and increased our rent,just to get a month free for compensation. they will not give oyou the corporate office number nor are they very helpful.
