This place is horrible. Do not move here unless you enjoy:
Drywall coming off the walls
cracks running up your walls
filthy neighbors
very loud and very annoying children whose mother's lock them out their homes and they cry, break stuff, bang on windows, play with trash and doggy feces and it outside playing by my paper thin window for at least eight hours a day
overflowing dumpters
always broken gates
no parking spaces due to idiots parking crooked
a constant construction, which seems to make more problems then fixing them
your water being shut off every week due to construction
paper thin walls
the smell of neighbor's cooking instantly drifting through the walls, my nieghbors like o make curry every single night, it smells horrible, and my other neighbor likes to fry foods a lot, trust me i know this very well
when we go to talk about our lease ending, they said our lease ended in june when we signed up till only december, there are two dates on our paperwork and they claim our lease is a year lease, even though we signed up for only a six month.
neighbors live outside, oh yes they do, one of them even decided to put their sofa on their porch, it is wet from rain and it open and visible to all
when you have a problem, they paint over it, when something is broken, they tap on it with a wrench and leave
I could go on for days, but surely if you enjoy any of these things, this place will be perfect for you, as these are every day occurrences.

DITTO:( ...also, Multi-criminal organizations operating there, mngmnt. could care less...spoke with law enforcement agent...neighboring apartment complexes involved, be very careful, those that still live there, move if you can!

Yes yes yes I knew of drug dealers floating around there but I stayed out of that. There was also a problem with domestic disputes, one day while taking out the trash and coming back to my apartment a really loud fight was going on in an apartment and then just as I was passing he came out side and she was chunking stuff at him including a key, it almost hit me. I am glad I was able to dodge it otherwise I would of needed stitches. When we were trying to move our stuff out of our apartment people were actually poking their heads inside of our apartment and one of those wandering kids actually came inside. No doubt the adults were seeing what kind of goodies to swipe. And when I came out of the bathroom while I was sweeping it they even gave me a dirty look. I mean hello, GTFO!
