we pulled up to the complex. it looked nice and clean. there is a metro bus stop right in front (literally)of the building. we had to wait a while because they were showing the apartment to some ladies, but when they waited on us, they were nice but pushy..wanted us to put a deposit down before we even looked at the apartment or talked price, etc. they said there was nothing avaliable right now, but as we thanked them and started to leave, they said they should have one by the end of the week. when we went to leave, there were lots of hoopties pulling in booming their stereos.

There is NOT a Metro stop infront of this property! the closest stop is at the corner of 1960 and 249. Did you see a "Metro Lift"? If so you know the service the elderly and the handicap...so sorry for your wait!! As for the "hompties (get it right please) Are you aware this is a tax credit property? What did you expect? Hummers? BMW's?
