I love West Brook. I don't know why anyone would say the girls in the office are rude or unhelpful. I'm sure those people broke rules and/or didn't pay rent on time and are just mad at the consequences they had to face. Maintenance has always done a good job for me so I'm not sure why anyone would complain about that. The community is small and quiet. You get to know your neighbors very well and make a lot of friends. I would recommend West Brook to anyone who wanted to move.
