used to be better, but overall quality dropping

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived in this complex for 2 years. I completely enjoyed living here teh first year, but this year the maintenace quality has dropped, people at the leasing office are rude and never know what is going on, and the quality of the other residents has dropped. What used to be a nice 20 or 30-something couples is now full of broken down cars, teenagers yelling all night, and a rise in vandalism. PArking where I live is adequate, but teh otehr side of teh complex is crazy. Residents have no choice but to park illegally and that makes it a fire hazard and hard to get out of the only exit from teh complex.
