I HAVE BEEN LIVEING THERE SINCE NOVEMBER 1, 2006..
WE HAVE HAD OUR TRUCK BROKE INTO, STOLE THE RADIO/CD PLAYER AND WHEN MY HUSBAND TOLD JENNIFER THE OFFICE MANAGER, SHE SHOWED NO CONCERN..
ALSO OUR AC LEAKED ONTO THE FLOOR MORE THAN TWICE BEFORE THEY WERE CONCERNED WITH FIXING IT..AND YESTERDAY WE RECEIVED A PAST DUE WATER BILL NOTICE..WE WALKED IN THE OFFICE ON SATURDAY PAID THE WATER BILL...
WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED TO SEE WHATS UP WITH THE LATE NOTICE HE WAS TOLD BY THE ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER THAT IT WAS FROM WHEN THE WATER COMPANY CHANGED..
WELL THAT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AGO, I NEVER GOT A BILL THE FIRST TIME..
I CAN DEAL WITH THE FACT OF PROPERTY MANAGERS NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYHING, BUT I CAN NOT DEAL WITH A RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER...
I WILL NOT EVER EVER REFER SOMEONE TO WESTBROOK APARTMENTS.....OTHER THAN THAT THE PROPERTY IS NICE, NOT TO MUCH NOISE...BUT THAT IS NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP US AS RESIDENTS

Wow, such whining. I don't get people like you who just get on here to whine. Your car could have been broken into anywhere, this is Houston. This isn't some small hick town where you can leave your doors unlocked. I can't believe you are complaining because it took 2 times for them to fix the air conditioner, they fixed it right? I have lived places where it took months to fix problems and places where it was never fixed. It sounds like you are just disgruntled. It's sad that only people like you get on here to write reviews. I wish everyone who had a good experience at West Brook would write a review. I guess it just makes me mad because this has been my home for several years and when I've had problems they are fixed, the office manager has always been nice to me and when I owe a water bill I pay it, I don't whine about it. To anyone who read this review, don't listen to this person, they are just mad. You can't please everyone right?
