I've been living here a little over a year, and kind of sad my lease is up.

This place is great- the management is very friendly, maintence is quick, and the place is clean and well-kept.

Occasionally someone doesn't pick up after a pet (they've asked everyone to, and have areas designated for that sort of thing) and the pool is always unlocked, so occasionally someone will be down there after dark being noisy, but it's rare.

If I could afford to, I'd renew my lease year after year after year.

Wonderful overall.

I moved here in December from a hell-hole crack den down the road. This place was a breath of fresh air as they do screen residents coming in. The only thing I would change would be the blarring base that goes through the parking lot at night (you know who you are), and when people leave trash underneath the stairs even though the live right next to the dumpster. Other than that I am very happy. ***On a side note I kind of miss --------. She got things done... this new one seems too ditsy for me. Like the lights on upstairs but no one is home....
