Can't wait until my lease is up!!!!

Of all the stuff they dont tell you just before you move in. After I signed my lease, they tried to raise the rate of my garage from $25 to $50. After months of debating, they finally caved. They failed to tell me until the day I was signing my lease that there is a first floor premium of an extra $15 dollars a month. I cannot get Comcast cable here because the apartment is wired for ATT. I dont have an actual credit card, so I can't get ATT. So stuck with TV Max. You are also REQUIRED to get $100,000 dollar minimum liabilty renters insurance. I dont have that much stuff and besides, its MY stuff. Since I refused, I can't renew my lease(like I would anyways). Also beware when they say they will transfer the electric bill in your name. They never did and ended up charging me $176 dollars for 25 days of February. In my previous one bedrooms, I have never had a bill that high in July or August let alone February. In fact, I think the highest I've ever had was no more than $100. When I first moved in, it took about 4 maintenance calls to get my leaky toilet fixed.
