I used to live here years ago and I loved it. I decided to move back in about 4 months ago. I almost didnt becuase of the fact the Harold Farb was no longer the owner. I dont know much about the previous management company after Mr. Farb, but this one is making a change for the better. I see the brand new roofs and the grounds are looking wonderful. The staff is supurb. When I came back to rent, I saw a new leasing office. I walked in the door and they made me feel like I was coming home. Dawn, Sylvia, Isabel, and Stephanie were the greatest. I would not have leased if it wasnt for the leasing staff. When I moved into my apt, I met the office managers. Javier and Vicky are the best. When I have an issue, I know that I just need to make 1 phonecall and the problem is resolved. I plan on retiring here and I believe that WestPoint is the place to do just that. I would recommend anyone I know to come and live here.

Did they give you a discount on your rent to write a glowing review? The place was better run under Harold Farb!

I'm sorry? I didn't get a discount on my rent. I sure wish I did in today's economy! Sadly, Mr. Farb is no longer with us,,, he was wonderful! But this new company is making a difference. Look at the comparison from the previous company! Maybe I get great service because I pay my rent on time and Im not a problemmatic tenant???

I lived there in the 80's it was great. Moved back in 2007 could not get out fast enough. My car was stole I asked to be assigned a differnt parking space was not give new space told there was none available yet I know for a fact there were many vacant spots so as soon as my lease was up I moved. They had not fixed the damage from Ike when I moved in Aug. 2009

I had lived at this complex between 1996 and 2002, and loved it. The only problem was some of the staff in the office. Javier had been really good for awhile, and became quite rude. Same with the manager on the other side. Sad to see that such a wonderful community went downhill. I used to enjoy the place, and most neighbors were wonderful...except for the --------- they moved in that played polka (aka tejano) music all night long. I later purchased a condo, and listened to polka grande with two sets of neighbors that played music and parties all night long, repaired their two broken down trucks in my parking spots, and seemed to be a drop house for illegal immigrants. I couldn't even fathom 15 people living in one condo. Compared to that situaiton, Westpoint was a quiet museum.
