After almost one year it is my opinion that this is great value for the money. As with all complexes there are a few on-going issues. The office staff and maintenance crew were delightfully helpful and always had a smile for anyone walking in the door. Any problem within the apartment was addressed immediately and expertly which is definitely rare.

My apartment is quite large for a one bedroom and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy the good life at a reasonable price.
