My overall experience has been positive. I'm must show my appreciation for Jorge. I believe he's the head maintenance person on staff. His professionalism surpasses the sometime snoot demeanor of the office management.

My only complaint would be the cost of rent. With rent increase reaching $950 it's not practical for long-term living. I would prefer own at that price. The management made an offer of 750 for another 12 month lease but not until I completed another contract with an alternate location.

Third floor appartments with no lift or elevator option is also inconvenient.
