I have lived here for a year now and watched what was once a very nice quiet community struggling to get full become this loud, noisy, place for hoodrats to hang out. Unfortunately I live on the pool and there is a party there almost every weekend. No one respects the hours of the pool and the office does nothing to enforce them anyway.

You pay a very high price for an apartment and have a certain set of expectations. When I first moved here it was worth every cent. The office staff was wonderful, friendly, courteous and went out of their way to do nice things for the residents. You really felt like a priority.

Now it all seems like we're numbers. The property is full or so I assume since parking is so scarce. It's noisy... people out in the streets at all hours of the night.

The office staff is not what it used to be. When I moved in here the office was warm an inviting. Now everytime you go in there someones kids are overrunning the tv room. The computer room is not being monitored or the computers themselves don't work. The gym smells.

It just seems like a certain level of detail has been dropped. I won't be renewing my lease!
