The construction is very contemporary, though little consideration was given to the functionality of it all. Unremarkable office staff. Community patios a definite minus. Some loud, obnoxious tenants, but a few long-term residents make for a decent community atmosphere. Nice pool and fitness area. Parking was okay, but the landscaping is poor. All views of the property feature a lovely concrete parking lot. Not attractive, lush, or pretty by anyone's standards. Very Plain Jane. Appliances are excellent, though. High quality. The problem we had is the complex pulled us in with an attractive rate, then, when the lease was up, jacked up the price.
