I like floorplans. The complex is relatively quiet for the most part. I agree with the other review that the gym smells. There are a lot of ant hills and insects, but some of that can be attributed to certain residents who will not pick up their animal's waste. As far as problems, the maintenance is on top of it in that they fix things the first time, but the office staff really isn't all that attentive or bright. My apt was ok when I moved in, but was not throughly inspected or cleaned. There are kids, but no more than any other apt. The thing to realize is that there are downsides to living in an apartment that you basically have to get over. Most of the things people complain about are things that can be remedied by buying a house. Given the cost of apts around here, its a fair deal.
